Norman A. Deitch, D.C., Clinic Director

Dr. Deitch came to chiropractic at a late age after a successful career in the fashion industry. After retiring in 2006, he had treatment on his low back for disc protrusions and had amazing results. He then decided to pursue more knowledge in this specialty and opened Health-Link Medical Center in February, 2008. Dr. Deitch is certified in many techniques including Manipulation Under Anesthesia, Pettibon Structural Analysis, Impulse Non-Force Instrument Technique and many others. Known by his patients for his innovative approach to “fixing problems”, he brings his special skills and knowledge to a professional team of health-care providers.

Dr. Bryan HawkinsDr. Bryan Hawkins D.O., Neuro-MusculoSkeletal Medicine

Dr. Hawkins graduated from the University of New England of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Neuro-MusculoSkeletal Medicine, a new specialty that fewer than 600 physicians throughout the U.S. have achieved. He has had the opportunity to work with some of the country’s leading physicians on the cutting edge of the newest; least invasive approaches to the treatment of nerve, muscle and fascia dysfunction and pain syndromes. His philosophy of health care is anchored by his “hands-on” Osteopathic Manipulation Treatments and utilization of our unique technologies to restore function and reduce or eliminate pain without the chronic use of drugs or surgery. Dr. Hawkins takes a “whole person” approach to medicine. Instead of just treating specific symptoms or illnesses, he considers your body as an integrated whole by using a multi-model treatment approach, integrating Osteopathic manipulation treatment, therapy, exercise, stretching, nutrition, diagnostic studies, and if necessary, musculoskeletal ultrasound guided therapeutic injections, to synergistically maximize patient benefits.

He is also trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSKU/S) diagnostic and musculoskeletal ultrasound guided injections for ligaments, muscles, joints, tendons, and nerves. He has seen incredible patient outcomes with the utilization of MSKU/S technology to accurately pinpoint abnormalities and use real-time imaging for MSKU/S diagnostic and MSKU/S guided injections.

Dr. Hawkins is a provider of regenerative medicine and has seen incredible results with the use of platelet rich plasmaphoresis (PRP) and adult stem cell injections for acute or chronic musculoskeletal problems related to joint arthritis, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and nerves. “I am excited to be at the forefront of this new medical science, providing regenerative medicine to patients who have either failed standard medical treatments, do not want surgery, or who are poor surgical candidates because of medical co-morbidities. Now, there is a new non-surgical treatment option which can and already has helped so many people.”

Dr. Hawkins has been married 14 years, grew up in San Diego, enjoys all sports, is active with his church, and loves spending time with his four daughters, one son, and beautiful wife.
